Meet Our Staff
Jackie
As our receptionist, Jackie is one of the first people you will see when you come to Penfield Family Dentistry. Jackie will be sure to keep you on track with your routine cleanings and exams. With over 20 years of office experience, she is happy to process your insurance claims, schedule your appointments and answer any questions. She lives in the country and is married with two kids.
Delia
Delia is a welcoming dental assistant who brings both enthusiasm and curiosity to the practice. With several family members working as dental lab technicians, she was introduced to dentistry at a young age and quickly fell in love with the science and artistry behind it. Delia recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and plans to attend dental school in the near future. Outside of the office, she enjoys working on puzzles and crafts and spending quality time with her cats.
Nivea
Nivea is a highly motivated dental assistant with a strong eye for detail and a passion for patient care. She graduated from the Monroe BOCES Dental Assisting Program and is currently balancing her work schedule while taking classes in preparation for dental hygiene school. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable and at ease during their visit. Outside of the office, Nivea enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and shopping.
Ella
Ella, one of our dedicated dental assistants, ensures that every patient feels comfortable and every procedure runs smoothly. She is an engaging conversationalist and a calming influence. Outside of work, Ella enjoys rock climbing, tennis, and spontaneous adventures while traveling the world.
Toni
Toni works part time at our front desk. You’ll see her with a welcoming smile on her face, happy to greet you and answer questions about insurance or finances. Many of you may recognize her as she has been with us for 20 years. She’s come out of retirement – she can’t seem to stay away! Penfield Family Dentistry is in her blood! Toni has 2 grown children and four grandsons.
Gina
Gina is the newest addition to our front desk team! She brings us 7 years of dental experience and over 20 in customer service. She’ll be there to greet you when you arrive and answer any financial or scheduling questions. Gina is married with two grown children and two dogs. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Julie
Julie is one of our most experienced dental hygienists, bringing 40 years of expertise to our team. She is passionate about her career and feels truly blessed to educate and care for our patients. Julie has a loving husband with three grown children. In her spare time, she loves to travel, snorkel, hike, and play board games. Her favorite pastime is enjoying campfires with her friends and large, Italian family.
Erik
Erik is an experienced dental hygienist of nearly 15 years, always excited to connect with patients on a personal level. He loves to empower all patients with the knowledge and skills they need to reach their best dental health. Originally from the Buffalo NY area, Erik is a proud graduate of SUNY Erie Community College. When he’s not cleaning teeth and talking to patients, he likes to stay active and enjoys cycling and running. His favorite hobbies involve music, trying new foods, and turning wrenches on cars.
Dinna
Dinna is one of our very talented dental hygienists and a graduate of SUNY Erie Community College. She is certified in administering local anesthesia and loves to educate patients on the important connection between oral health and overall systemic health. Outside the office, Dinna enjoys listening to live music, cheering on the Bills and Sabres, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her cat.
