Meet Our Staff
As our receptionist, Jackie is one of the first people you will see when you come to Penfield Family Dentistry. Jackie will be sure to keep you on track with your routine cleanings and exams. With over 20 years of office experience, she is happy to process your insurance claims, schedule your appointments and answer any questions. She lives in the country and is married with two kids.
Connor, one of our dedicated dental assistants, brings us 10 years of dental experience, specializing in pediatric dentistry. He is both an engaging conversationalist and a calming influence. He is versatile in all aspects of dentistry, helping us provide the highest quality care. Outside of work, he loves fishing, hiking, and working out.
Mused is one of our talented hygienists. He is an exceptional graduate of Monroe Community College and loves educating people on their oral health. He is excited to form long lasting relationships with all his patients. Mused adds a delightful male energy to our traditionally female hygienist department. He loves working out and spending time on the soccer field.
Like his older sister, Marisa, David has joined Penfield Family Dentistry as an outstanding dental assistant. David has an undeniably likeable personality. His strong work ethic and positive attitude is a great asset to our team. As a toddler, he looked forward to his dental visits here and now enjoys working together with his sister to help create beautiful smiles. Talk about family dentistry at its finest! In his free time, David loves hiking, fishing, and photography.
Marisa started out as a patient of Dr. Nichols when she was three years old. Growing up and loving going to the dentist, she began shadowing in the office. Soon enough, she became a dental assistant. Marisa continues to expand her skills with dental training programs at MCC.
Jean has been a dental hygienist for more than15 years and enjoys the relationships that she has established with her patients. She prides herself on being focused and thorough while remaining fully committed to providing them the best care possible. She is constantly upgrading her skill set and knowledge base through ongoing continuing education classes and seminars. Jean and her husband reside in Rochester with their two golden retrievers. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, running and spending time in the Adirondacks at the family cottage on Cranberry Lake.
